Oceans in the Desert

~ A Quick Word ~

Last night in our worship service we sang the song, “Break Every Chain”. Since singing it I cannot stop hearing the line that repeats the words, “Breaks every chain, breaks every chain, breaks every chain.” What breaks every chain? The power of His name.

I keep seeing people who need chains broken in their lives just standing before the Lord in surrender and saying the name of Jesus again and again. I see chains that have bound people for many years just falling off; then these people fell to the ground in such relief and thanksgiving because they had began to wonder if they would ever get free.Their freedom released beautiful worship.

God is offering His power to break every chain that binds you from true freedom and joy. Go before Him in surrender and call upon His name.
