All morning I have seen angels sitting in a courtroom as they served as “court reporters” or “courtroom recorders” transcribing God’s verdict over His people (individuals, families and corporately). Every verdict began with a declaration of innocence and then God would declare a good and favorable report to be eternally recorded and carried out. It was setting into motion a time of significant and great turnaround.
I saw that “court was in session” and case after case was being heard. Every accusation against the saints of God was being thrown out and declared false by our Righteousness Judge. Jesus stood between every accusation and His Father which washed away all evidence of guilt.
In the midst of this courtroom were golden bowls that overflowed with the prayers of God’s people. These prayers were like the voice of defendants that stood on behalf of God’s people. The smell of purity and praise filled the room. The accuser was confused and became increasingly fearful as the scents of these prayers sweetened all of his bitter accusations.
“And when he took the scroll, the four living beings and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb. Each one had a harp, and they held gold bowls filled with incense, which are the prayers of God’s people.”
Revelation 5:8
This is a time of turnaround! It is a time for verdicts of innocence to come forth against every accusation raised against you. It is a time of sins being removed as far as the east is from the west and every piece of evidence of your guilt being washed away. It is a time of God’s good report and His favorable decree being carried out on your behalf. IT IS A TIME OF THE EFFECTUAL PRAYERS OF THE SAINTS BEING ANSWERED.
“Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.”
James 5:16
