40 Years— A Celebration!

CELEBRATE WITH US!

On September 24th of this year, Jeffrey and I will celebrate 40 years of marriage. Our marriage began with such love and many dreams of ministering in nations together. Little did we know that God would not only cause our love to grow exponentially but that He would allow us to walk with nations in ways we never would have dreamed or imagined. Now, 40 years later we still say “We do!” to one another and to the Lord.

Now and Then

I (Kathi) have had a personal dream of taking a vacation away with Jeffrey for our 40th wedding anniversary. Almost all of our travels have been ministry related (with the exception of Disneyland with our kids)— but it is time to travel somewhere to just being together. But we can’t do this without you.

Jeffrey and I volunteer our time and ministry locally, nationally and even in our international ministries. God has always provided for us to be able to do this and our hearts are so grateful for His faithfulness and extravagance. He has always gone above and beyond in what we have asked and for that we give Him all the glory.

But— God has put it on my heart to reach out to those who have been the beneficiaries of our ministry and writings to support this 40th Wedding Anniversary trip. We haven’t decided where we will go, as we will choose where the funds will allow us to go.

“Can You Help?”

  • Our goal is $4,000 (plane tickets, lodging, car rental)
  • We would like to book airfare and the hotel by August 1st.

Thank you for being His hands and feet to us as we celebrate His faithfulness to us over the past 40 years of our union together. We have raised a beautiful family, planted churches, directed a house of prayer, traveled with a global team, toured with a national team and pastored in local churches. And many of you have been a part of our journey.

    I find your situation so similar to ours. My wife and myself have our 40th anniversary a little after yours, on oct. 8. The lord led me to leave a well paying job over six years ago to take a chaplain position in our local hospital and senior care home. This resulted in a significant decrease in finances. So Ive been seeking the Lord on our own 40th anniversary celebration. So as the Lord led me to bless you both with a financial gift, I believe this is going to open the door for the provision that God has for us for our anniversary celebration. We are excited to be able to bless you in a small part in this milestone you’re celebrating.

      Thank You! I believe that He will do just that. God has been faithful to provide for us as we’ve traveled, moved out of our nation, pastored, etc. He is so very good. Thank you again for sowing into our 40th! ♥️
