Yesterday as I read about the “MAYDAY” distress call from the cargo ship prior to it striking the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore, Maryland, I immediately was reminded of a word given to me in 2002 that I titled, “MAYDAY, MAYDAY”
The MAYDAY distress call from the cargo ship triggered a sudden and quick closure of the bridge to all vehicles in both directions only seconds prior to the collision and collapse. This spared many lives from sure death.
Many of you feel like you are in the last moments before disaster strikes— but the Lord has this word for you.
THE SHIP, TOSSED VIOLENTLY
Then last night I was taken into a vision in the middle of the night to a ship that was being tossed violently upon a very turbulent sea. It was very dark and the fog bank was so thick that you could not see a foot in front of you. As I was taken closer to the ship I could see that it had been storm tossed for some time now.
This ship was lost at sea. There was no way for the crew to find its way back to where it had come and yet it couldn’t see ahead to know where it was going. It seemed to be at the mercy of the storm which looked as though it would never end.
Nothing was secure upon this ship, everything was being tossed into the sea except the crew. Then I was taken into the ship where I saw one of the crew on the communications radio saying over and over, “Mayday, Mayday, Mayday!” I heard no response.
THE DISTRESS CALL
The Lord said to me that many have sent out a distress call, “Mayday, Mayday!”
He told me that many lives and ministries (businesses, etc.) have been in the middle of a great storm. This is a storm so violent that they feared losing everything. This crisis is like having the power go out and your vision has been blocked leaving you blinded to what’s ahead and in grave danger. You have used up every means of self effort to find your way back to safety but the storm and lack of vision has left you feeling lost at sea.
The Lord said that He has heard your distress calls. He has heard you call out to Him, “Mayday, Mayday, Mayday!”
RESCUE HOST IS ON THEIR WAY
Though you may not yet see it yet, a rescue host is on their way. God has commissioned a supernatural rescue host to come to you with all the provision and help you need to get to safe harbor. This harbor may not be where you started because you may not be able to go back there, but it will provide a new place, with new ships, new cargo, new crew members, new scenery, new life. It is the answer to your distress call— and will supply more than enough to move forward.
It has been necessary to have everything tossed into the sea in order for the “New Orders” to come. This host of heavenly help will bring the new orders and guide you to new ports. You have new passages that you have not known about prior to this storm but these passages will now be revealed to you.
You will be given new vision—clearer vision than you’ve ever had before.
You will receive new provisions (even now they are on their way). These also are provisions that you have not known of prior to this because they are not coming by “your efforts or your power” but by the power of His Spirit— by grace and mercy.
Your distress call has been heard and help is on the way.
