News, Travel & Prayer

Dear Friends,

Though you usually receive a prophetic word or inspiring teaching in your inbox— I like to send out an update twice a year as well. This is the first one in 2022.

My year has started out with more activity than I have seen in over two years. I serve on a local church senior leadership team, a national team and a global team which all keep me well rounded but quite busy.

Locally, here in Portland, Oregon, our team is in the midst of finding and purchasing a building. We have outgrown our current one and must be out of our current location in two weeks. With a very busy church schedule, this has added another big push to our calendar. But Jesus is worthy to receive His inheritance in Portland. We will work and continue to partner with our King to see “In Portland as it is in Heaven” come to pass. Pray for our team to have favor, wisdom and grace as we proceed.

I am also headed for the Middle East in less than a month. There are many detail to still get done before this strategic trip— I will be traveling at a time where there is much unrest in the world. I deeply appreciate your prayers for strength and protection as I go. I will give more details after I return home in mid-April.

Lastly, my husband, Jeffrey, was diagnosed with prostate cancer this past week. It is in the intermediate stages and will require immediate attention and treatment. We are meeting with his doctors this week to discuss treatments and possibly surgery. With all that is on our plate this news requires us to put first things first— and his recovery comes first. Jeffrey owns a publishing company called Inscribe Press and he is in contract with numerous authors with strict deadlines. He also is serving on the senior leadership team of our local church. He will most likely have to take some time off to have treatments and to recover if surgery is required. Please pray for his healing, for grace and for peace. We both have been kept in perfect peace since hearing the news.

Thank you for standing with us. With the upcoming trip to the Middle East and Jeffrey’s medical treatments, we would like to invite you to partner with us in prayer during the next few months.

If you would like to sow into our financial needs during this time you can give through our ministry website at:

We are very grateful for all of our ministry partners and friends— if you would like updates on Jeffrey’s health and treatments or on our ministry, click on the link above and sign up to receive our ministry updates in your inbox. We love you all and pray for you often.

  4. Dear Kathi,
It seems that in our present sufferings that obedience is so key in receiving the continued protection and direction in walking step by step, instep with the Keeper of our hearts and souls. My husband is also enduring the confines and isolation of being in our governmental health facility at the VA in Seattle. He’s been there since Dec. 29th, and I’ve not seen him since Jan. 3rd. He’s on the road to recovery once again, but is physically in such a weak state that strengthening prayers and rehab are the next steps for his homecoming.
Anyway wanted to make sure I sent the promised word that went with the eagle bell. I’ll do a word document so I can keep it. I actually got the bell last year from my dear friend, Gerri Johnson of Medical Lake. She has a vintage sales store called Farm Salvation and both her and her husband look for treasures for me to give as gifts. This was one of those bought in an estate lot of collectible bells. I’m not sure how old it is, nor who made it. I just know that it was found for you. I purchased it about the time that Dutch Sheets shared a very significant dream or vision that a lady had about Eagle’s flying across our nation. I’m trying to find the GH15 video, it was about the time you were in process of returning back to Oregon and had many family health issues and opposition/resistance to overcome. When I met you and Jeff at Cannon Beach for the first time with our NDP Task Force leadership, I was finally able to have a visual personal connection for really keeping you on my list of those I intercede for. I’ve always felt the spiritual connection as early on when you started sharing posts the consistency of your writings that coincided with my own spiritual walk with the Lord was unusually timely and accurate for keeping me focused and encouraged as a prophetic seer. Your ability to scribe and your openness to share your vulnerability and humanity along with your spiritual walk and gifting has inspired me in countless ways, continuously. Thank you for being you and for all that you are and do.
    In His service and yours,

    1. Dara,

I am so deeply sorry to hear about what your husband had been going through for so long. That is heartbreaking and I will be praying.

Thank you for the story about the bell— it sits on my desk with my menorah 🕎. I pray that God will let the lamp stand of America burn and not remove it.

Your kind gift was and is deeply appreciated. I am so glad that my posts and what I see has helped to confirm what you are seeing as well— One God, One Body!

      Blessings and Love-
      Kathi Pelton
