Time to Ride

As I sat down to write this morning I immediately began to hear the old song by Christopher Cross, “Ride Like the Wind”. When I saw the name “Christopher Cross” I heard these words in my spirit:
“It’s time for Christians to cross over the sea that has stood before them. It’s time for them to catch the wind of My Spirit and to ride this wind to the other side.”
You may have tried before and not succeeded but the Lord is saying that now is the time to cross over. Do not let your past experiences dictate your present (or your future). Remember the saints of old like Abraham, who waited 14 years to receive the promise.
I hear the whistle of the wind beginning to call many of God’s sons and daughters to get ready to ride. A wind is about to blow and take you over the obstacles that have stood before you. Up and over! Posture yourself in readiness and get ready to ride…ride like the wind.
