I am overwhelmed by the goodness and grace that God is pouring out upon His yielded ones. There is a transformation taking place that is allowing us to soar upon the winds of the Spirit. The mercy of God is freeing us from the places in our hearts and minds that have weighed us down and kept us bound to the patterns of the world rather than the love of the Father.
Now the Spirit is pleased to release the wisdom and instructions that His people need for both their personal lives as well as the wisdom needed for the corporate body of Christ for the days ahead. His Word is the plumbline of all wisdom. In His mercy He is aligning our life’s actions with His statutes and the instructions found within His Word. Authority is released with alignment.
In Zechariah 3, after the Lord had rebuked Satan and changed the filthy garments that had been upon Joshua the high priest, He then gave him instructions of how to live in the authority of his position. These instructions separate Joshua from the iniquities of his past and place him in the position of authority for the days ahead.
““This is what the Lord of Heaven’s Armies says: If you follow my ways and carefully serve me, then you will be given authority over my Temple and its courtyards. I will let you walk among these others standing here.” Zechariah 3:7
As we yield our wills and our ways to the Lord, He is faithful to reveal the wisdom and ways in which you should walk. We must remember that His ways are not our ways, nor His thoughts our thoughts. We must yield to what may not fit into the patterns of the world or our natural thinking but they are the mysterious ways of God. His ways will take us higher and bring breakthroughs that are unimaginable.
“Ask me and I will tell you remarkable secrets you do not know about things to come.” Jeremiah 33:3
Over the next eight days I feel that the Lord will share with His yielded ones “remarkable secrets” that will give us authority, favor and wisdom for the things to come.
The oneness of spirit with our God (1 Corinthians 6:17) is increasing and strengthening as we yield. His ways and walking in His statutes position His people in the authority that brings the breakthrough. This is for individuals, families and people groups (nations).
Today is a day to yield your will and ways to be aligned with the King and His Kingdom. May His Kingdom come and will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven!
