As I awoke this morning I saw in my spirit window washers cleaning the dirt off of what appeared to be skyscrapers. When I backed up further it was not a skyscraper but a massive body with many eyes upon it. The eyes were the windows that were being washed. Then I heard the Spirit of the Lord say,
“I am cleaning the eyes of the body of Christ from all that the world and its cultures have darkened them with. I have commissioned angels to go to my sons and daughters to wash their eyes so that they will see clearly.”
As the Lord has been taking me through Zechariah 3 as a prophetic blueprint of what the Spirit is doing currently within His yielded ones, I have been aware of the themes of “washing” that is represented within its verses. Joshua the high priest has his iniquities (sins) washed, the accusations against his life washed (removed), his garments changed, his turban changed (the washing of his body, soul and mind) and then his behaviors and way of living washed and aligned so that he may fulfill all that the Lord positioned him for. Joshua needed to see differently so that he could behave differently.
““Your eye is like a lamp that provides light for your body. When your eye is healthy, your whole body is filled with light. But when your eye is unhealthy, your whole body is filled with darkness. And if the light you think you have is actually darkness, how deep that darkness is!” Matthew 6:22-23
“…When your eye is healthy, your whole body is filled with light…” In the vision I saw a massive body with many eyes. I believe that God is even now bringing healthy to the eyes of the body of Christ. This will not only bring health to the whole body but will cause their light to shine forth for all the world to see. Darkness is being washed away as we continue to yield.
Today the Lord has come to us to wash away all darkness from our eyes. We can also bring our loved ones before His throne of grace and pray, “Open their eyes that they might see clearly.”
Then Jesus laid his hands on his eyes again; and he opened his eyes, his sight was restored, and he saw everything clearly. Mark 8:25
“Lord, today we lift our eyes to you, the One That our help comes from. Wash our eyes and restore them to health so that only light is found within us both individually and as a corporate body. We also bring our loved ones before you and ask that all blindness and darkness is removed from their eyes that they might see you clearly; causing them to yield to your will and ways. We come into agreement with truth, health, light and your perfect love to cover us and the ones we love.”
