The Wilderness You’ve Been Going Through Is Your Door of Hope

by Kathi Pelton

Some of you have been going through a time of deep pain, deep longing and what you’d describe as a wilderness time. Many years ago I went through such a time and during those few years I honestly wondered if I’d survive the pain and darkness that surrounded my soul.

During that time I was often awake in the middle of the night trying to find my way through the unrelenting pain. One night, in the midst of the thick wilderness, I began to hear the words from the Book of Hosea flowing through my heart like a stream of hope upon my dry and thirsty soul. The words are from Hosea 2:14-23,

““Therefore I am now going to allure her; I will lead her into the wilderness and speak tenderly to her. There I will give her back her vineyards, and will make the Valley of Achor a door of hope. There she will respond as in the days of her youth, as in the day she came up out of Egypt. “In that day,” declares the Lord, “you will call me ‘my husband’; you will no longer call me ‘my master. ’ I will remove the names of the Baals from her lips; no longer will their names be invoked. In that day I will make a covenant for them with the beasts of the field, the birds in the sky and the creatures that move along the ground. Bow and sword and battle I will abolish from the land, so that all may lie down in safety. I will betroth you to me forever; I will betroth you in righteousness and justice, in love and compassion. I will betroth you in faithfulness, and you will acknowledge the Lord. “In that day I will respond,” declares the Lord — “I will respond to the skies, and they will respond to the earth; and the earth will respond to the grain, the new wine and the olive oil, and they will respond to Jezreel. I will plant her for myself in the land; I will show my love to the one I called ‘Not my loved one. ’ I will say to those called ‘Not my people, ’ ‘You are my people’; and they will say, ‘You are my God.’ ””

These verses became my lifeline! They gave me purpose in the pain and points for prayer. God hadn’t taken me into the wilderness to ruin me but rather to restore me! In His incredible mercy, He drew me into a place that was set apart because He loved me too much to leave me content with less than the fullness of what He intended for my life.

There, in the wilderness, I became aware of all the “masters of my soul” and I became keenly aware of the captivity that the busyness of my life had hidden in the locked closets of my soul. I was laid bare and in the midst of naked vulnerability He covered me with His love, He healed my wounds, dressed me in His righteousness and He betrothed me to Him; changing my identity to, “I am my Beloved’s and He is mine.” (Songs of Solomon 6:3)

‭Though it was the most painful time of my life; it was the most important time in my life. I am forever grateful that He “allured me into the wilderness to speak tenderly to me and to restore me.” During that three year wilderness my life was saved and everything changed. I was set free to truly live, truly be loved and truly breathe in the beauty of salvation.

The wilderness is not without purpose! Rarely is it only a moment but rather a journey. My wilderness changed when I began to understand that there was a divine purpose in it. Prior to that it was merely agonizing pain that was leaving me stuck. As soon as I found the purpose through the verses in Hosea, I began to partner with God to walk into freedom upon the path He had forged for me.

Your wilderness is not without purpose. Winter is for only for a season but you must go through that season to get to the springtime. If you are in a wilderness season; you are not in the wilderness alone. God is with you there. You are surrounded by angelic hosts that have been assigned to you— to minister to you. Holy Spirit is with you to reveal the purpose and the path to you. It’s not a place to build homes or remain but a place to journey “through.”

It is a place of redemption! It is a place where you are set free and a place where you are betrothed. My life truly began in the wilderness when I discovered He was there with me. From that point onward I moved forward and left behind the masters I had served and the chains that had held me captive. Some call it, “the dark night of the soul” but I call it the “door of hope.” My valley of weeping became the threshold of true joy and freedom.

When I emerged from this season into my springtime my husband gave me a gift. It was the verses from Songs of Solomon 2:10-13 engraved on slate. They read,

“My beloved spoke and said to me, “Arise, my darling, my beautiful one, come with me. See! The winter is past; the rains are over and gone. Flowers appear on the earth; the season of singing has come, the cooing of doves is heard in our land. The fig tree forms its early fruit; the blossoming vines spread their fragrance. Arise, come, my darling; my beautiful one, come with me.””

Don’t stop moving forward because the purpose of your wilderness is redemption! The winter will pass and flowers will appear. The sound of the dove’s song will be heard once again. You will bear fruit once again and intimacy will surround you like the fragrance of a garden in full bloom.

You are in a doorway of hope. Though weeping lasts a night…joy comes in the morning (Psalm 30:5).

An Opportunity for Transforming an Inner-City Neighborhood

A door has been opened to us to be part of an initiative in West Palm Beach, Florida beginning June 20, 2019.

The Awaken the Dawn team will work in conjunction with local ministries, business leaders, and other partners to see the revitalization of an inner-city neighborhood in West Palm, Florida, with the goal of of long-term, sustainable transformation on a city-wide level.

We have been asked for our involvement in setting up a tent to host the presence of God in the area as spiritual covering and support to the physical work of restoration and transformation.

Singers, musicians, and prayer warriors from across the country will join us in praying through the area, receiving strategic blueprints, shifting the spiritual atmosphere, and establishing a house of prayer in the midst of this amazing project.

All those who say “yes” to this invitation will do so as volunteers; therefore, this assignment will need to be funded by supporters. The cost for us to take part in this missions project is approximately $1500.00.

This is an opportunity for the body of Christ to sow into sustainable transformation that will truly reach the poor and needy with hope and new beginnings, while bringing city transformation.

Let us fulfill the following verses in our cities and nation!

Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in your power to act. Do not say to your neighbor, “Come back tomorrow and I’ll give it to you”—when you already have it with you.— Proverbs 3:27-28

A generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed.— Proverbs 11:25

An Invitation Into The Deep

by Kathi Pelton

“Deep calls to deep in the roar of your waterfalls; all your waves and breakers have swept over me.” Psalm‬ ‭42:7‬ ‭

The sons and daughters of God have been invited to be taken into the deep places that will cleanse and purify our hearts. It is a deep purging of everything that has kept us from His perfect love, His truth and His ways. It is a baptism with cleansing water and a fire that refines. A way is being made into the deep places of God’s heart but the way requires that light must expose all darkness and fire falls upon the human heart.

These deep waters are answering the prayers that have come before the Lord that have cried out the words of David from Psalm 51:10-12

“Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. Do not cast me from your presence or take your Holy Spirit from me. Restore to me the joy of your salvation and grant me a willing spirit, to sustain me.”

We are in a Psalm 51 kairos moment in time where the deep longing to be holy as He is holy is resting upon us. The longing of God and the longing of His remnant have converged with a kiss of oneness. There is a convergence with the deep groaning (intercession) of Jesus, the groaning of creation and the groaning of mankind to be reconciled to His original intent and His perfect love.

This is why there is a roar coming from the Lion of Judah that releases the sound of restoration. This roar is bringing us into the depths of perfect love that cleanses us (His bride) and is releasing the fire that purifies. We long to be a bride without spot or wrinkle and suddenly we are more aware than ever of our spots and wrinkles. In the grip of this awareness and awakening, repentance becomes such a beautiful gift. Repentance draws us deeper and take us higher; it breaks down the barriers that keep us bound to the shame of sin and stains.

Come now, let’s settle this,” says the LORD. “Though your sins are like scarlet, I will make them as white as snow. Though they are red like crimson, I will make them as white as wool. Isaiah 1:18

There are moments that “the deep” feels as if it might swallow us up or drown us but it is actually taking us higher. It is making a way for the motives of the heart to be made pure so that we can walk in oneness with Christ and oneness (unity) with the body.

He is calling out your name and inviting you into the deep places. It is an invitation into the depth, heights and widths of His perfect (agape) love. His perfect love brings water that cleanses and fire that purifies; making us whiter than snow.

Say yes to His call to come deeper!

Breaking Cycles of Destruction

By Kathi Pelton

Many believers come from family lines that have generational cycles of destruction and dysfunction within them. As we know, many abusers were raised by abusive fathers and many addicts were raised by parents who struggled with addiction. This is not always the case, but it is often the case.

When a believer has come from a generational line of demonic cycles, the first thing that we do is to repent on behalf of those who have gone before us; and then repent for our sins that have been attached to the sins visited upon us. But often we stop there and are left wondering why the “curses” are not broken and the cycles of destruction and failures continue.

There are a few keys that I’d like to share with you that will allow you to walk out the freedom that you prayed for.

1. Trust

Most heroes of the faith had one thing in common: they trusted in God.

Trust in God will move you out of destructive cycles that have been formed in those places of pain and betrayal that bring about an independence from God. We are called to live and walk in absolute dependency upon God; therefore trust must be restored so that cycles of rebellion, stubbornness, offense, pride, and self-centeredness can be broken.

“Those who know your name trust in you, for you, O Lord, do not abandon those who search for you.” Psalms‬ ‭9:10‬

2. Obedience

When we come to know Christ as our Savior and we repent of our sins (and even for the sins of our forefathers) this means that we change our ways! We no longer walk according to the flesh and the sins of the flesh but we walk according to the Spirit and in obedience to all of His ways and commandments.

We must “turn from our wicked ways” and follow Christ. This means that we allow the Spirit of God to search us and see if there is any offensive way within us (Psalm 139:23-24). If there is rebellion, pride, hatred, bitterness, jealousy, or a lying tongue, we must repent and by the help of the Holy Spirit, as well as those who God has put in our lives to walk with us, change our ways.

“You must love the Lord your God and keep (obey) His charge, His statutes, His ordinances, and His commandments always.” Deuteronomy‬ ‭11:1‬

We must also understand that obedience to God and to His designated authorities does not stifle freedom—it frees us. Rebellion breeds independence and independence breeds pride and pride always comes before a fall. To walk in authority we must first understand how to live in authority!

“Obey your leaders and submit to them, for they watch over your souls as those who must give an account. Let them do this with joy and not complaining, for that would not be profitable to you.” Hebrews‬ ‭13:17‬ ‭

3. Humility

Often we need the help of the family of God to break familiar and destructive cycles. Humbling yourself before those who walk in intimate relationships with you is vital for your freedom. Confess your sins and bring them into the light so that there are no hidden places of darkness.

We must also humble ourselves before God. As we choose the posture of humility it will break the independent cycles bred by pride—cycles that divide people from one another and from God.

A humble heart is a teachable heart. Humility causes the soil of your soul to be soft and “good soil” for all that the Lord desires to plant within you. Humility comes before integrity which is required for true authority.

“But He gives more grace. For this reason it says: “God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble.”” James‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭

James 4 goes on to say in verse 10,

“Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He will lift you up.” James‬ ‭4:10‬ ‭

4. Love

If we want to truly see lasting change in our lives and the lives of our family line then we must learn to love. Not love according to the world’s definition, but as Love Himself defines it in 1 Corinthians 13. There is power in love and the attributes of God’s love set men free.

Pray through these verses, read them aloud, ask the Spirit of the Lord to plant every aspect of love into the soil of your life. Repent of any violations against love so that you can be free!

“Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud or rude. It does not demand its own way. It is not irritable, and it keeps no record of being wronged. It does not rejoice about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out. Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance.” 1 Corinthians‬ ‭13:4-7‬ ‭

We must understand that we can pray for cycles to be broken and generational cycles (curses) to be lifted, but after we pray we must walk out the “new way” (God’s way). We must put feet to our prayers and agreements. His Word is true and we cannot mix truth with lies. You cannot mix obedience with rebellion, humility with pride, or dependency with independence.

God has given you keys to freedom throughout His Word. Receive them and watch freedom come!

Do You Feel Stretched?

By Kathi Pelton

As I sat down today to spend my morning time with the Lord, I let out a sigh (in pain) due to the sore muscles that my physical body is experiencing because of a new workout routine I began this week. There are muscles I didn’t even know that I had that ache from being used for the first time in so long.

As I pondered how I would get into a comfortable position the Lord spoke to me,

“Kathi, many of my people are feeling stretched right now. They are experiencing pain as they work spiritual muscles that have not been active before. Tell them that they are gaining strength and they are getting healthy!”

Wow! This season has been a very intentional time of soul healing, spirit strengthening and a holy purification. God has been ridding His people from unhealthy spiritual, mental and emotional behaviors and beliefs. Just like with a physical workout, it can leave you feeling stretched and sore. Learning new ways and new behaviors takes time, energy and discipline.

I find it interesting that I see many believers getting their physical bodies into a healthy place as well over the past several months. The amazing transformations are posted all over social media. Often the natural things will speak of the invisible things and this is one of those times. It is a time of transformation and there is a beautiful grace being extended for those who will respond.

God is preparing His Bride!

Just as Esther was taken through the long process of itreatments to prepare her to go before the king or when Joshua the High Priest’s filthy garments where removed and new, white linens where placed upon him in Zechariah 3; we too are being prepared, beautified, purified and changed to represent our King.

It is causing many to feel stretched emotionally and spiritually but the Lord wants you to know that you are gaining strength and you are getting healthy. The pain is worth the gain! Keep pressing through because there is a great reward. You will walk in greater love, greater authority, deeper intimacy, purity, holiness and your character will represent the character of Christ.

Be aware that there is also a great resistance by the enemy against this work in your life. The enemy does not want to relinquish places that he has occupied in the souls of God’s people. He will try to stir up resistance against the exposing of strongholds of the soul. But those who yield (surrender) to the work of the Spirit will find great freedom. Minds will be renewed, addictions will be broken and wounds will be healed. The very image of Christ that you were created in will emerge with light and beauty.

This is a time of transformation. Invite the Spirit of the Lord to complete this work within you and to help you when it is stretching you and making it difficult to find comfort.

When the world sees you transformed; they will see Jesus!

God is Removing the Stones of the Soul

Kathi Pelton

A number of months ago I heard the Lord speak to me saying that a “sifting” had begun. Though I had an idea of what He was referring to, I also knew that I’d understand more as time went on.

The other night my husband and I were teaching together about the parable of the sower from Luke 8:4-15. When we began to talk about the stoney or “rocky” ground God took me a vision where I saw into many people’s souls filled with rocks. Within these souls were many stones that had been stumbling blocks for them and places that had stopped the seeds of the Spirit that He had planted in their lives from flourishing. The seeds would spring up quickly but then whither because of the stones. Then I saw these people spending their lives rearranging these stones in their souls in order to fit into whatever circumstances they were facing or people they needed to please (or pain they were trying to manage). But the time for rearranging these stones of the soul is over and the Spirit of the Lord is asking to sift these stones out.

Those of you who are weary of “rearranging the stones in your soul” are invited to yield it all to the sifting of His Spirit. He will be faithful to remove the stones that you have been stumbling over for so very long now. He is inviting you to yield your soul to be purged of stones of offense, stones that cause you to stumble and stones that you keep striking your foot against.

As God’s children, your spirit was made alive when you came to life in Christ. You were created to live from your spirit where His Spirit resides within you. The soul must learn to yield fully so that work of the Spirit can thrive…restoring your soul. God desires for the spiritual seeds that are sown into your life to fall upon good soil so that you will yield a harvest of good fruit.

I’ve watched so many people stumbling over stones recently and He wants you to know that it is merely His mercy that is revealing the stones so that you can allow His Spirit to remove them once and for all. Do not be discouraged or become ashamed. Look at the stones and give them to the Stone that the builders rejected…Jesus Christ. He will remove them and transform your life into good soil.

“A bruised reed he will not break, and a smoldering wick he will not snuff out. In faithfulness he will bring forth justice; he will not falter or be discouraged till he establishes justice on earth…” Isaiah‬ ‭42:3-4‬

You may feel like a bruised reed or smoldering wick but in faithfulness He will redeem you and establish you in His love. Yield! Don’t run, don’t fight the pain or rearrange the stones. Cry out and surrender to His sifting. He is faithful to do in you what you have not been able to do within yourself.

God is Getting Rid of the Obstructions, Blocks and Waste

Kathi Pelton

I have not written in a number of days because last Thursday I was hit with sudden and severe pain that landed me at the hospital, where doctors discovered an infection in my colon. This was not only painful, but not so fun to talk about. No one wants to talk about the parts of our bodies that process waste, but the health of those areas can save our lives.

As I’ve walked out this painful process over the past several days I’ve come to the conclusion that there is a truth to be learned from my experience. As I spoke with some intercessor friends last night we began to discuss how the enemy may have “revealed his hand” through this attack against my body.

What I have is a condition called diverticulitis. It is where small pockets or sacks form on your colon and digested food can get caught in them and become infected (yeah…gross!). But the infection can obstruct and block the process of the body’s ability to get rid of waste, or the hidden pocket can rupture releasing the infection into the whole body causing sepsis; which can kill you.

As I laid down last night for bed I went into a vision where I was taken into places in a spiritual body, and I saw small sacks or hidden pockets where “thoughts” that were contrary to God’s truth were caught and stored (held onto). Within these hidden pockets I saw words such as “unbelief,” “fear,” “lust,” “worthless,” “greed,” “pride,” “arrogance,” etc. Though the person had processed these things and discarded them as waste, somehow a hidden pocket had stored them and it was becoming infected which would stop all waste from being released and discarded and would poison even that which is good. They were like tiny, hidden strongholds that had been planted to destroy the whole as they festered and infected even what was good.

I apologize for the graphic visual but it is important to talk about even that which is not pleasant when the Lord gives understanding and revelation. I could feel the Spirit hovering, awaiting the invitation to remove the hidden strongholds that held wrong beliefs or things that were once consumed but never fully removed. These hidden places will creep up and cause you sudden pain when you least expect it. God is waiting to remove these hidden pockets and strongholds with His power to search out every hidden thing.

This not only applies to us individually, but corporately. As I was speaking to my friends last night they began to tell me how they were taken into a vision about my condition, where they saw the corporate body flooded with individuals who were wasted, homeless, dirty, mentally ill, and unwanted. They saw many people who looked on these ones as “a waste of time” because they drained time and energy with few positive results. Many in the body were passing them by as “waste.” But the Lord was saying, “I have a way to redeem them, to deliver them and to restore them. They are not waste but sons and daughters.”

As we talked about these things I heard the verse, “Perfect love casts out fear.” But then the Lord said it a different way, “Perfect love casts out demons, addictions, strongholds, perversions, sickness, and lies.” Then I began to see a movement of His perfect love that cleanses His body first, and then pours into the streets—the highways and byways—and His perfect love turns those that have been called “waste” into sons and daughters.

I live in a large city where the homeless population and addicts are everywhere. Their garbage and “waste” is spilling into the street and polluting our beautiful city…but what if they’ve gathered here for such a time as this? What if they are our most precious resources, because when perfect love touches their lives they will be redirected into sons and daughters who will go into all the world and give that perfect love away. They are the “Todd Whites” of tomorrow and out of great darkness will come a bright light.

So, to conclude, there are two messages within this word. First, the Lord is making us a way of hidden strongholds that may be infecting your whole body. These are places where lies and sins that had once plagued you have held on in a hidden place. The Lord is here to remove them so that they will no longer cause obstruction and blocks that keep you from ridding your temple of waste. Ask the Lord to search out every hidden pocket that is holding onto a lie or a stronghold that will infect even the good. Second, let’s no longer fear what the world calls waste! We need to receive wisdom and we need to ask for His perfect love to be manifest in our places of worship, in our lives, and in the hidden places in our cities where vile things take place. May His perfect love go to the places of strongholds in our cities and nation that is infecting the whole and bring redemption and resurrection.

Pray for a movement of perfect love to go through your body and remove all hidden things; through your church, your city, and your nation. He is waiting and watching for the people and places that will receive a movement that has perfect love as its calling card upon it. Cry out for perfect love that casts out everything that brings fear and waste.

Enthrone Him Over Your Life!

Kathi Pelton

Jesus is enthroned on the praises of His people! Enthrone Him today over every area of your life with the praise that He is due. Enthrone Him as Lord over your family, home, business, ministry, city and nation.

To enthrone someone is to give them the seat or position of authority or influence. Jesus said to His disciples in Matthew 28:18 these words,

“All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.”

When we worship Him and lift up our voice of praise, we acknowledge and receive His authority over our lives as we fully trust and obey His voice. Our praises enthrone Him over our lives and over the earth. Our praise of Him alone gives Him the seat of authority over all that pertains to our lives. ‭

“Yet you are holy, enthroned on the praises of Israel.” Psalm 22:3

“He sits enthroned above the circle of the earth…” Isaiah 40:22

He is holy and He is worthy. All authority belongs to Him and all praise is His alone. There is no one like our God. He is mighty to save and merciful to all who call upon His name.

Be enthroned over our lives and nations Jesus!

There is Hope for the Hurting

Kathi Pelton

Twenty years ago I went through a period where I experienced pain that went so deep that most days it was hard to breathe. Sleep was erratic and exhaustion was constant.

During that time I truly wondered if I’d survive and come out the other side. My husband and I had four small children and we were a part of a church staff, which made it even more difficult. There was no hiding it or pretending that I was fine because this pain was all-consuming. No one knew what to do (except pray) and hope was difficult to hang onto.

God was hard at work in order to set me free of deep pain and bondages that I had never dealt with. These places of bondage had been keeping me from experiencing true intimacy and joy. Of course, during this time, the enemy was trying to take full advantage of my vulnerable state as my emotions were vacillating between truth and lies numerous times a day. But greater was He who was within me than he who was trying to destroy me.

God knew what to do, and what I needed to be set free. Though there were times during those three years that it appeared to me, and to those around me, that the enemy had won; God was not finished with me! He went to the very root, where the spirit of death was residing, and set me free. In His kindness He didn’t stop short of that deep root, but layer upon layer He took me to that place so that I could partner with Him and choose life.

I’m sharing this with you because I am keenly aware of God going after every place of captivity. In His mercy He is going after the deep roots that have held people in bondage and kept them from true, pure intimacy, joy, and freedom. Though the enemy may be trying to take advantage of your vulnerability, the victory belongs to the Lord! Do not lose hope!

This is the passage of Scripture that God gave me during those years,

“Therefore I am now going to allure her; I will lead her into the wilderness and speak tenderly to her. There I will give her back her vineyards, and will make the Valley of Achor a door of hope. There she will respond as in the days of her youth, as in the day she came up out of Egypt. In that day,” declares the Lord, “you will call me ‘my husband’; you will no longer call me ‘my master. I will betroth you in faithfulness, and you will acknowledge the Lord.” Hosea‬ ‭2:14-20‬ ‭

God took me into a wilderness where in His kindness He restored me. He removed from me the name of every “master” that held me captive and brought me into a true betrothal with Him and Him alone. In those years I learned to lean upon Him, trusting in areas that had been kept independent from Him. Dependency became my song of surrender and my declaration of freedom.

“Who is this coming up from the wilderness leaning on her beloved? Under the apple tree I roused you; there your mother conceived you, there she who was in labor gave you birth.” Song of Songs‬ ‭8:5‬ ‭

The captivity of Egypt is being removed from God’s people. Every mindset of captivity, every spiritual stronghold of captivity, every lie and every spirit that is unholy must go. This again is a part of the “rerouting” of pathways and the divine “reset” that is happening to prepare a people who are “Holy unto the Lord.” This will bring a corporate authority to heal lands and people groups, enabling us to walk in the authority needed to disciple nations.

He is your deliverer! He is the deliverer of your children! He is the victorious One who will not fail you. Put your hope in Him and lean upon Him with full surrender.

“Lord, how many are my foes! How many rise up against me! Many are saying of me, “God will not deliver him.” But you, Lord, are a shield around me, my glory, the One who lifts my head high. I call out to the Lord, and he answers me from his holy mountain. I lie down and sleep; I wake again, because the Lord sustains me. I will not fear though tens of thousands assail me on every side. Arise, Lord! Deliver me, my God! Strike all my enemies on the jaw; break the teeth of the wicked. From the Lord comes deliverance. May your blessing be on your people.” Psalm‬ ‭3:1-8‬ ‭

He Will Revive Your Soul

Kathi Pelton

The body of Christ is in a time of experiencing God healing the deep wounds of the soul. He is going to the very root of wounds and trauma that have created wrong beliefs and misinterpreted identities.

Psalm 19:7-11 says,

“The instructions of the Lord are perfect, reviving the soul. The decrees of the Lord are trustworthy, making wise the simple. The commandments of the Lord are right, bringing joy to the heart. The commands of the Lord are clear, giving insight for living. Reverence for the Lord is pure, lasting forever. The laws of the Lord are true; each one is fair. They are more desirable than gold, even the finest gold. They are sweeter than honey, even honey dripping from the comb. They are a warning to your servant, a great reward for those who obey them.”

The instructions of the Lord revive our souls! When we are not properly aligned with the instructions of the Lord then our souls become weary and worn out. The healing of our soul wounds are creating a divine alignment that is allowing the “instructions of the Lord” to revive our souls (reason, character, feelings, consciousness, memory, perception, thinking, etc. ).

God’s ways (decrees, commandments, instructions) are perfect and all together wise. Every person ever created was wired to thrive in their body, soul and spirit when they walk in His ways. It truly is the taste of sweet honey upon our tongues and the worth of pure gold to our souls. When we walk in His ways we receive great rewards.

The enemy is continually deceiving people into believing that if they align their lives to walk fully in God’s ways that they will face personal loss or lose that which they hold onto as their security and treasure. Yet, the very opposite is true! Anything built from a blueprint of fear is like building your life upon sand. Only what is built on the Rock of Christ will stand firm.

“Everyone then who hears these words of mine and does them will be like a wise man who built his house on the rock. And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house, but it did not fall, because it had been founded on the rock. And everyone who hears these words of mine and does not do them will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand. And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell, and great was the fall of it.” Matthew 7:24-27

The Lord spoke to me many months ago about an impartation of His wisdom that He is bringing this year to those who value His instruction. Solomon asked for wisdom, Daniel received wisdom and David declared wisdom. Our souls are healed and revived as we receive the wisdom of the Lord as our instructions for living. God’s wisdom brings authority, favor and victory into our lives.

“The decrees of the Lord are trustworthy, making wise the simple.” Psalm 19:7

The wisdom of those who the world considers wise merely make things more difficult to understand and yet the wisdom of the Lord makes wise the simple. Likewise, religion complicates wisdom in order cause the church to enter into works but the true and trustworthy instructions of the Lord are bathed in the grace needed to carry them out.

The wisdom of the world says things like,

“Hold onto your money and resources because that is your hope and security.”

But the wisdom of the Lord says,

“Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.” 2 Corinthians 9:6-8

The wisdom of the world says,

“Your life belongs to you and you alone. Independence is strength and dependency is weakness.”

But the wisdom of the Lord says,

“If you cling to your life, you will lose it, and if you let your life go, you will save it.” Luke‬ ‭17:33‬ ‭

His ways and instructions will revive your soul, restore your finances (resources), make the difficult simple, give joy to your heart and give you insight for living. He is reviving and healing souls so that His people can thrive in every area. He is rerouting your paths to align with His ways. This is a RESET time for your life and all that pertains to your life. No longer will you live your life according to the messages of past traumas and negative experiences but you will live according to the decrees of the Lord; which are trustworthy.

I decree and prophesy over you the reviving of your soul, the restoration of resources, the rerouting of wrong pathways and the sudden reset into a holy alignment.
