Words To Live By

By Kathi Pelton

I love words! Being a writer means that paper is my canvas and words are my paint. Finding the right word to describe something seen in the spirit or in the natural is vital to helping the reader to understand and have vision.

Our ministry is called, “Inscribe Ministries” based off of the verse from Habakkuk 2:2 that says,

“Then the LORD answered me and said: “Write the vision And make it plain on tablets, That he may run who reads it.”

To write a vision requires the right words which bring about understanding to the reader or listener of “how to run!“ It’s so powerful.

Jesus is called the 𝐿𝑖𝑣𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑊𝑜𝑟𝑑 because He encompasses everything found within the Word. All creation came forth from the words He spoke. There is power in words; to bless or to curse, to speak life or speak death, to empower or disempower and to build up or to tear down, to create or to destroy.

Our words matter! We must ask the Lord to train our mouths to speak words that bless, give life and empower those around us to run. Your words are usually a good way to x-ray your heart,

“A good man brings good things out of the good stored up in his heart, and an evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in his heart. For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of.“ Luke 6:45

This is why we must follow the wisdom found in Philippians 4:8,

“Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.”

As we think on these things they renew our hearts and minds causing what comes forth from our mouths to profit those who hear our words. When I was a new believer my heart and mind still needed to be renewed by the Word therefore critical, negative, fretful and judgmental words would leak out; always exposing what needed to be cleaned out of my heart. God was not condemning me, but if I were honest, my words were a clear sign of where my heart needed to be cleaned and renewed.

“Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me.” Psalm 51:10

When my husband and I were directing a house of prayer for Patricia King she would lead prayer sessions with us where we would “decree the Word of God.“ These times trained our team and all who attended how much power comes forth as we decreed His written Word! I quickly saw the fruitful harvest that would come when I spoke aloud His Word over my life and my family’s lives. Decreeing His Word is like allowing your heart to be strained through the Spirit of Truth; filtering out all the dross.

I remember asking the Lord to put a coal of fire near my lips so that I would not speak anything unholy.

“So I said: “Woe is me, for I am undone! Because I am a man of unclean lips, And I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips; For my eyes have seen the King, The LORD of hosts.” Then one of the seraphim flew to me, having in his hand a live coal which he had taken with the tongs from the altar. And he touched my mouth with it, and said: “Behold, this has touched your lips; Your iniquity is taken away, And your sin purged.”” Isaiah‬ ‭6:5-7‬ ‭

These verses come right before the verse that says, “Here am I, send me.” This is so important before being “sent.” We must be sent with words of life, hope, truth that prosper and edify the hearer. We must go forth with hearts that have been made clean.

As we begin to see the light at the end of the tunnel regarding this global quarantine, I believe that the eyes of the Lord are searching the earth for the ones He might send. But let us first pray the scriptures written above. We need pure hearts, clean hands, words that have been freed from the grip of iniquity and thoughts that profitable to the hearer! We need words that release vision and cause the sent ones to run with purpose.

Today, listen to your words so that you can do a ℎ𝑒𝑎𝑟𝑡 𝑐ℎ𝑒𝑐𝑘. Then, if you find that your words are revealing areas that need to be renewed and cleansed; don’t enter into guilt or condemnation because God loves it when we receice His lovingkindness that brings discipline. He is so happy that you desire a clean heart and He has provided you 𝑊𝑂𝑅𝐷𝑆 𝑇𝑂 𝐿𝐼𝑉𝐸 𝐵𝑌.

It’s time to prepare to be sent ones! We must carry words of life that bear fruit wherever they are sown.

Find Beauty!

By Kathi Pelton

Every morning when I wake up my amazing husband brings me a latte while I’m still in bed and for the next hour I sit with Jesus— worship music awakens my soul, His presence becomes my sunrise and peace prepares my heart to “be still and know that He is God!”

My routine was changed a bit today when I answered a text and my eyes were drawn to a notification on my phone from a page called, “View from my window.” It’s a FB page that has almost 2M followers that is dedicated to this quarantine time. People from all across the world send in photos of the view from their windows at home. I began to look at the photos from people’s homes and was captured by the beauty of creation! I was so drawn into each unique setting— both the ones with profound views of mountain peaks as well as the ones with simple views of a swing set that their children play on. They spoke of such personal beauty and the stories of the lives that look out upon these scenes.

I began to be overcome by His love for each life and each family that these “window views” represented. He see such beauty in each one. Like an adoring Father, He sees the beauty that the rest of the world may just walk by and miss. He sees through the windows of their souls and knows each one so intimately— even if they’ve forgotten Him. Their beauty–and your beauty–takes His breath away! The view of you is His favorite thing to look upon! You ravish Him!

Here in Virginia we’ve been blessed with such a beautiful spring! Most days have been sunny and have provided breathtaking sunsets that keep this quarantine time kissed by beauty. But yesterday grey skies rolled in and I had one of those day where my whole focus had to be on “business” work— which always drains me. As I began to feel the depletion of joy (because I need daily visual and spiritual beauty), I heard the Spirit whisper to me, “Just stop for an hour and come see Me.”

I set my laptop aside, my phone aside and my work aside. Then I closed my eyes to “behold His beauty.” Time with Him is like a stroll through a garden of fragrant beauty— flowers, spices, light, color and intimacy.

“My lover has gone down to his garden, to his spice beds, to browse in the gardens and gather the lilies. I am my lover’s, and my lover is mine. He browses among the lilies.” Song of Songs‬ ‭6:2-3‬ ‭

I want to encourage each of you to not get stuck in the mundane! Yes— here in quarantine there is still work to be done, children to be raised, meals to be prepared, messed to be cleaned and problems to be solved. But do not forsake time that is set aside to behold beauty; behold His beauty and behold the beauty that surrounds you. Search for Him and search for places that refresh and restore your soul. Go find a simple flower and gaze at it until you see His face appear in creation.

As a child, before I knew the Lord, I was growing up in one of the most beautiful settings in the Sierra Nevada mountains of California. My family was often in chaos and turmoil but I remember that in the midst of an overwhelming atmosphere I would often walk outside and lay on our grass under the towering pine trees and just look up at the vibrant blue sky and breathe in the mountain air— it would reset me and enable me to go on. I didn’t realize that it was God who had set me in a “cathedral of His creation” that I could escape to and be restored. What a gift.

Today my family lives on what was once a Civil War battlefield in Virginia. Sometimes when I walk the battlefield trail I think about those that were there experiencing such despair in the midst of so much natural beauty. I wonder if at times they stopped and looked up at the very trees that I am gazing upon and found a moment of beauty that reminded them that there was something more?

I don’t know what you are facing in the midst of this time of a global crisis but whatever it is— be sure to stop and find beauty. I remind myself each day that the sun still rises and sets with all of its brilliance, the wind still blows through the tall grasses causing it to dance, the waves still crash upon the shores, the birds still sing the songs of creation and the colors still reveal the vibrancy of a beautiful Creator. Find His face, His beauty and His garden. Go taste and see— it is His banqueting table set before you; even in the midst of your enemies.

Beauty waits to have you come behold it.

Get Out Of Your Head!

By Kathi Pelton

Have you ever found your mind trying to intellectually comprehend a matter of faith? It’s like a blind man trying to picture in his mind something he has never seen or felt. Your mind must yield to the faith that your heart and spirit know to be true without the demand of comprehension.

Next time your mind begins to try to take the lead on a matter of faith, tell yourself, “Get out of your head and into your heart.”

The believer’s heart trusts God! There is no wavering, no figuring it out, no wondering or even doubting…just pure childlike trust. His children’s hearts sings continually that He is a good, good Father! The heart that beats from the posture of faith finds rest in the place of surrender and abandoned assurance in who He is and in His promises.

On the other hand the head will try to filter faith through circumstances and natural things. The unyielded mind will try to usurp faith with natural reasoning which will quickly rob the believer of peace. The head will always try to understand what the heart is sure of so why not just remain in the heart?

Of course God gave you a mind and gives you wisdom and understanding of how to walk forward in decisions that need to be made and actions that need to be taken. But your trust in God, your rest and your peace must surpass your understanding. This happens in the place of abiding in your heart and spirit; not in your head.

When your thoughts are leading you on paths that rob you of peace and trust then you can know that the enemy is alluring you down a path where he intends to kill, steal or destroy your faith. Once he does this he replaces peace and trust with anxiety, panic, doubt, unbelief and fear. You will always know that you are being persuaded to leave your posture of faith and trust when your thoughts begin to rob you of peace and take you into “understanding.” Remember, God’s peace surpasses natural understanding.

God’s people need to quickly learn to train their minds to submit to their hearts (your spirit) when it is going down paths that do not honor God’s truth. Wondering minds that stray from truth need to be bridled and brought back to the assurance of faith.

Refuse to show compassion to the flesh when it spews unbelief because it breathes death upon the faith that dwells in the spirit, giving life and breath.

Become ruthless with training your flesh and mind to come into continual alignment with trust and faith. When you begin to align with unbelief it merely creates a an atmosphere of being a doubting, worry, anxiety and self-pity. The flesh must learn to submit to the Spirit if God and align with where your heart abides.

This quote by Bill Johnson speaks to this matter so well. He said,

“Questions raised in the atmosphere of trust release revelation but questions raised in the atmosphere of distrust release unbelief.”

You can have questions but they must be question from the heart of trust rather than from the place of distrust and doubt. When your thought process begins in doubt it will quickly lead you to unbelief. Your mind must be submitting to truth and trained (even bridled in necessary) to let your hearts (spirits) create a continual atmosphere of trust. Then revelation, wisdom and peace will flood in and make a path that is filled with faith, trust and joy.

God is good! His faithfulness is sure and unchanging from generation to generation. If your mind is not creating an atmosphere filled with the truth of His goodness and faithfulness then go back to your heart. If your heart has been soiled by the unbelief in your mind then ask His Spirit to create in you a new heart that is pure and undefined by unbelief. His Spirit will lead you back to truth and to the paths that lead you forth in joy and peace!

““For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the LORD. “As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts. As the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return to it without watering the earth and making it bud and flourish, so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater, so is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it. You will go out in joy and be led forth in peace; the mountains and hills will burst into song before you, and all the trees of the field will clap their hands. Instead of the thornbush will grow the juniper, and instead of briers the myrtle will grow. This will be for the LORD’s renown, for an everlasting sign, that will endure forever.””
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭55:8-13‬ ‭

Clean Hands and Pure Hearts– A Generation of Purity Will Arise!

by Kathi Pelton

There is something deep within most people that long to be clean. Purity brings peace and a clear conscience. It is something that when I first came to know the Lord as a young 18 year old, felt was out of reach! I didn’t fully understand how the blood of Jesus makes us whiter than snow but also how there is “a process to purity” that we must desire and partner with.

When I was born my parents named me Karen. In those days moms and babies stayed in the hospital for three days after a birth. For the first three days of my life I was called Karen but on the third day my parents had a visitor who said that I looked like a “Kathleen” and they fell in love with it and changed my name (calling me Kathi for short). The interesting thing is that both of these names have the same meaning, “Pure One.”

As a new believer I would look back upon my first 18 years and I realized they were anything but “pure!” I would do anything for love and often did. So when I discovered the meaning of both of these names they Lord said to me, “I created you to carry purity and that threatens the enemy more than any other call on your life.” I knew that the enemy had fought long and hard to defile what God had put within me.

So…I began to pray that He would make me pure as He is pure. I asked for clean hands and a pure heart. Though my outward actions changed fairly quickly; the motives of my heart, the manipulations of my soul and the developing of a clear conscience was a process. The process didn’t defile me because I was covered by His blood and clothed in His righteousness (not my own!). Yet, I had to want it enough to value purity like a treasure of great worth that I had to find.

Though I was pure and clean in the Father’s sight through the righteousness of Christ, I still dealt with many things that I knew grieved they heart of God because they were things that blocked my view of His beautiful face. For me, impurities were like stones in my soul that blocked my view and caused me to stumble or have to navigate my way around until they were removed. I loved the verse from Matthew 5:8 that says,

“Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God”

While gifting a can allow you to be used of God, purity allows you to see God! But how do we have our hearts cleansed, our minds renewed and our souls set free of the defilements of the world? For me, it was a constant prayer out of Psalm 51 that I prayed and cried out for,

“Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me. Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me. Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit…” (Psalm 51:10-12)

In my early days (as new believer) gospel singer, Keith Green, had a song that was written from this verse and I remember driving in my car singing it with tears streaming down my face; wondering if my heart would ever be pure. Yet, it was not by might, not by my power but by the work of His Spirit that He began to renew my mind and purify my heart…as this happened I began to see God. It was the treasure that was worth the journey and the search.

As we are living in a time where the exposures of darkness and sin are becoming a common occurrence I find my heart grieved. I’m not only grieved because these lives were made for so much more but because I want them to see God! The pursuit of purity is one of the greatest pursuits you will ever engage in because it is the pathway to intimacy and unhindered oneness with God. It is worth fighting for and pressing in for.

Again, the blood of Jesus lacks nothing in allowing us to stand before the Father as ones who have been made as white as snow. Yet, there is a process that must occur of in the lives of every believer that involves purification, the renewing of our minds and cleansing of the motives of our hearts. As this happens we find great freedom and alignment with the character of Jesus creates a “face to face” intimacy that is like nothing we can imagine.

I believe that God WILL have a bride without spot or wrinkle! I believe that a generation of purity will (and is!) arising; completely dependent upon His Spirit to do this work within their hearts and lives. I believe that a deep longing for purity is arising from the exposure of darkness and sin that has been hidden in the church. The prayer in Psalm 51:10-12 will be on the lips of His people like never before. I pray that every person who is being exposed will fall on their faces when n humility and repentance and pray for clean hands and a pure heart. May they SEE God!

Purity is not merely the appearance of walking in Biblical morality; purity is what is within your heart, your mind and your motives. It is not obtainable by works but rather it is a work of His Spirit. But we must want it..cry out for it and pursue it as if our lives depend on it (because they do!).

I long to always see God! I long for all of His people to see Him as He is! This will keep so many from being pulled into deceptions and compromise. When you see Him you will want to be like Him…it’s like pure, clean water that refreshes every place of shame and separation. He’s so, so beautiful!

Let’s begin to pray this prayer like never before; over our lives, over our children’s lives and over the body of Christ.

“Who may ascend the mountain of the Lord? Who may stand in his holy place? The one who has clean hands and a pure heart, who does not trust in an idol or swear by a false god. They will receive blessing from the Lord and vindication from God their Savior. Such is the generation of those who seek him, who seek your face, God of Jacob.” Psalms‬ ‭24:3-6‬ ‭

The YES Explosion! A Divine Encounter

by Kathi Pelton

As I have been traveling the past number of months I noticed that almost everywhere I’ve gone something particular would happen during worship. In each place the song of the Lord would come upon the worship team and an amazingly pure sound would be released that always had the words, “We say yes!” within it.

During one of these times of worship in Bend, Oregon this past June, the song of the Lord with the words “We say yes” once again began to pour out. It was such a pure and deep sound from the Bride to her Bridegroom.

Yet, this time as the words were being sung I was suddenly taken into an spiritual encounter. I found myself looking upon the scene at Calvary as Jesus was being laid upon the cross.

The soldiers took the nails and as they hammered each nail through our Lord’s hands and feet, He would let out a deep and loud cry but what I heard in the cry was the word, “YES!” It was Jesus’ “yes” to His Father and to His bride as He yielded to giving His life for the ones that He so greatly loved. With each pound the hammer upon the nails that pierced through Him, another shout and cry of “YES” would be released. It was the sound of agape love that gives up all for the ones who are loved. “Yes, My Bride, I give My all for you.” It was the most agonizing and yet beautiful sound I have ever heard.

Then I saw the “Yes” of our Savior and Bridegroom go forth through time and it intercepted with the “Yes” of the bride that was pouring out in this hour from His bride. As the “Yes” of the Bride and the “Yes” of the Bridegroom intersected (like the past and present coming together in a divine collision) they released what looked like a sonic boom that went out across the world.

Suddenly I saw what appeared to be millions of men, women and children across the world drop to their knees and surrender their lives to Jesus. They all began to cry out, “Yes” in surrender to our Savior. No one said a word to them but the “combustion” of the “Yes” of the bride and her Bridegroom had released a spirit of revelation over the earth.

I found myself saying, “Lord, did millions of people just come to know you by a sovereign revelation that this was released?”

His response was,

“No, Kathi. It was billions!”

There is a deep, pure and fully surrendered yielding that is building within the hearts of His bride at this time that cries out, “Yes! Take all of me. I give my all for the One my heart loves.” This sound of surrender will collide with the sound of surrender that our Savior cried out when He gave His all for His bride.

It two sounds of surrender release the invitation and words found in Revelation 22:17,

The Spirit and the Bride say, “Come.” And let the one who hears say, “Come.” And let the one who is thirsty come; let the one who desires take the water of life without price.

We cry out “Yes!” Worthy is the Lamb to receive all honor, glory and dominion! Hold nothing back. Billions around the world are waiting for the revelation of what they long and are thirsting for. Do not hold anything back, for His “Yes” and our “Yes” are about to send forth a sonic boom that carries the revelation of Jesus throughout the earth.

The Immersion: A Dream

by Kathi Pelton

I had a dream last night where I was offered either a “body spray” of the Lord or a “perfume” of Him. I didn’t fully understand the terminology because it didn’t seem to fit with spiritual language; although perfume surely seemed like the logical choice. Then I watched as people came near to Him to receive an encounter, or “mist,” of His presence and power. They came near Him and enjoyed these encounters, but they didn’t seem to be lasting or transformational. I told the Lord I wanted more than a mist or spray of Him and instead chose the “perfume.”

At that point I was taken to what appeared to be a baptismal pool. I was placed in this pool, immersed in Him— in His full, undiluted presence. As I was immersed in His pure perfume, I lost myself and became one with Him. I realized that this pool was within His eye and I was the “apple of His eye”; His pupil, His focus.

This immersion was completely transformative as it took me from mere encounter to a consummation of oneness with Him. This perfume made me think of the preparation of Esther or the perfume that was poured over the feet of Jesus. The fragrance that permeated the room continued to flow from Him and now also came from me.

There is a choice; encounter or immersion; a mist or a baptism into oneness. The choice is an invitation, but the price for immersion is greater, as you must lose yourself. The gain is greater as well because you will be transformed into the fullness of Him.

God is Intermingling the Old and the New

by Kathi Pelton

The uncompromising message that I heard as a young believer that taught foundational truths, holiness, and freedom from sin and death has often been lost in the desire to let the world know that we walk in love. Yet, no one had to water down the truth that brought conviction of sin when I came to know the Lord. Sin was devastating my life, and the love found within the message of freedom from sin and a God who would die to redeem me from it was greater love than I had ever imagined possible!

Somehow many have concluded that any message that brings real conviction or exposes sin is not love. Yet, there is more love than we can imagine in the message of an invitation into freedom. The truth that the wages of sin are death and hell is now a politically incorrect message, yet it is the truth that Jesus died for; the one that saved my life and the lives of countless men and women.

The teaching of universalism is that there is ultimately no hell, no final judgement for any individual. There are those who tell us that it is unloving to proclaim the truth that rejecting Christ’s payment for sin will result in eternal separation from God. Such ideas have the appearance of kindness, but they are merely a recipe for watered-down Christianity.

Hell is real, but it was not designed for men; instead, it was meant for Satan and his demon army. Jesus made a way, through His death on the cross, for every man and woman to be redeemed, because He paid the price for our sin. We have the opportunity to receive the free gift of salvation and righteousness before our God. It is amazing that God has not forced His love upon us, but has given us free will to accept it or to reject it. Love offers a choice; not a compromised choice, but real freedom to chose.

When I was a new believer I understood these important truths, but unfortunately there were not a lot of true “fathers and mothers” who would come alongside us new sons and daughters in order to nurture us. Many of us who had chosen Christ and received the gift of eternal life still struggled with deeply wounded souls. I was one who carried scars from my childhood and from the many bad choices I had made that brought great harm to my young life.

Though I had experienced the amazing love of God during my salvation experience, rigid “Do no sin!” messages—apart from the healing of my soul to replace the orphan spirit I carried—merely reinforced an unhealthy demand to perform and set me up for failure.

We are seeing a wonderful shift in this season, and messages of love, healing, intimacy, our true identity in Christ, loving family, and generations walking together are now nurturing new converts and healing wounded souls. However, this does not negate the need for us to understand our hopelessness outside of Christ. We must understand the message of holiness and healing found in Jesus.

What I see happening in the Spirit is an intermingling of the message of uncompromising holiness, true conviction of sin, and Jesus redeeming men from the penalty of sin (which is death and hell) with the message of intimacy, family, sonship, identity, grace and His “reckless love.” It’s “not either/or” but “both/and.”

Either message without the other brings about unbalanced living. One demands holiness apart from healing, and the other creates compromise that makes people “feel good”; but they are being comforted within the constraints of their captivity. We need both! We need holiness and we need healing, we need uncompromising truth and unconditional love, we need to displace the enemy and then fill that place with the true identity that God created men to live in.

There is an intermingling of holiness and healing! There is an intermingling of conviction of sin and healing of hearts! There is an intermingling of uncompromising truth and intimacy! And there is an intermingling of foundational teachings and His reckless love that creates true disciples that know they are sons and daughters.

This will release light to those caught in darkness. It is the message the world longs to hear and the balm that souls need to receive. It is new wine poured into new wine skins. One without the other causes the wine skins to burst and the wine to be wasted.

Let us enter into a yielded life that allows the Spirit of the Lord to intermingle the fullness of all the aspects and characteristics of God within our lives. May a bride who is both holy and healed emerge in this hour!

Breaking the Roots of Poverty

by Kathi Pelton

When we think of poverty we usually think of those who lack basic needs and live in less than desirable conditions. Yet, a poverty spirit can exist in a person who lives in a mansion, drives a fancy car, and takes extravagant vacations. Often the poverty spirit will mask itself in greed. Greed is defined as an intense and selfish desire for something; especially wealth, power, or food.

Greed is addictive and often insatiable. It always needs more and feels a lack even in the midst of abundance. Why is this? It is because often greed is just the pain of a poverty spirit taking control. It may start with a true need but if not dealt with it can quickly become a black hole that can never be filled or satisfied.

Psalm 23 says, “The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want…”

There is a filling up and overflow of every good and perfect thing when we become part of our Good Shepherd’s flock.

“So don’t be afraid, little flock. For it gives your Father great happiness to give you the Kingdom.” Luke 12:32

When we come to know Christ as our Savior we become sons and daughters of God. As we fully leave the “orphan spirit”—which walks hand in hand with a spirit of poverty—in order to receive the spirit of sonship, we become aware that we not only are a part of a family but are also joint heirs with the Kingdom of God; a kingdom that has no lack. His Kingdom is filled with abundance, beauty, fruit, resources, relationship, love, and every good and perfect gift.

In the place of sonship our lives go from having our roots planted in a dry and desert land, where there is always lack and thirst, to being planted by streams of refreshing waters and fruitful orchards where we thrive in every season.

Greed often begins in need! The deep need for a father, a family, a place to call home is inherent in every person because that is how God made us. When that need is not met we take on an orphan spirit that believes that there is no one to watch over them, therefore the person becomes their own self-protector and “self” becomes the focus for the sake of survival. Eventually this “self” focus will take root and give place to greed.

In the Book of Luke, chapter 12:13-21 we read about the parable of the rich fool who stored up his treasures on earth but did not have relationship with God. He stored up an abundance and then decided to live to satisfy the desires of his flesh. That night he died leaving his earthly storehouse behind yet having no heavenly treasure stored up.

“Then he said, “Beware! Guard against every kind of greed. Life is not measured by how much you own.”” Luke‬ ‭12:15‬

The end of this parable says this,

““Yes, a person is a fool to store up earthly wealth but not have a rich relationship with God.”” Luke‬ ‭12:21‬ ‭

Need that is filled outside of a rich relationship with God merely becomes greed that will make you a fool. The person who invests in a rich relationship with God will be a person who gives generously and yet lacks no good thing. That person will be rich in life and when death comes he will have eternal treasures stored up that will have no end.

God desires to give you the gift of sonship which will satisfy you and make you generous in every way. A greedy person becomes an idolater, worshipping the things of this world (Ephesians 5:5), and never being satisfied. As sons and daughters we have been given the Kingdom of God which lacks nothing. We can give to others in need without fear of being left in want. We can love others more than ourselves without fear of not having our needs met. We can become selfless and still know that we have a Father that watches over every detail of our lives.

Part of the amazing gift that God is giving His people in these days is the gift of freedom that has kept His people from the fullness of sonship. We were not created to live in the grip of “want” that leads to the captivity of greed. If you sense a root of greed that stems from a poverty or orphan spirit then God is reaching out to you to set you free. He will exchange the orphan identity for the identity of a son or daughter. He will exchange the deep fears of poverty and lack for the assurance of His Kingdom that has peace and plenty. He will exchange the greed that never satisfies with the riches of relationship with Him that make you generous. Lastly, He will set you free from being self-focused to being Christ-focused, which will make you a light to the world.

It is His great love that offers you this supernatural exchange!

The Convergence of Time

by Kathi Pelton

If you’ve noticed, there are a lot of words that have been released in the past two months about “time.” Words like, “The Time is Now,” “A Marker in Time,” “Now is the Time,” “It’s Time!” and more. I have been in many conversations with other prophetic voices who are hearing clocks, bells, whistles, alarms, and words that go back many years becoming NOW words.

We are in a convergence of time; time past and a now or kairos time; the old and new, the past and present all colliding into a NOW time. One time, one people, one family, ONE God!

I saw a vision of men, women, and children all walking in different places around the world; all in different time zones and doing different activities. But all at once each person’s watch synchronized and reset to the same time and alarms all went off simultaneously. There were pocket watches that older men carried, wrist watches that the middle aged people were wearing, and smart watches that the younger generation was wearing. They all synchronized and as they did one family emerged…three generations walking as one with One God!

When I looked at the different watches to see what time it was I began to see many times overlaid as one kairos time. I saw “10:10, 11:11, 12:12…but they were somehow all a now time.”

Then verses began to flood through my mind. Verses such as these,

“The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.” John 10:10

“And by faith even Sarah, who was past childbearing age, was enabled to bear children because she considered him faithful who had made the promise.” Hebrews 11:11

“For the Holy Spirit will teach you at that time what you should say.” Luke 12:12

I began to hear to hear prophetic words that were brought to my remembrance from the 80’s, 90’s and early 2000’s….then i heard words from now and they all converged into one sound that signaled the family to converge and emerge.

I am sure that what I was experiencing was limited to my understanding and that there was so much more than I was aware of because I could hear echoes of years gone by and prayers for tomorrow as if they were one sound. It sounded like the worship in Revelation 4:11 before the throne that caused the elders to cast down their crowns and cry out,

“You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they were created and have their being.”

Then the words, “Holy, holy, holy” rang out and the men, women and children now on earth joined with heaven; casting down their crowns. Suddenly men’s hearts were purified and a remnant was made ready for a move of God that would be marked by purity and oneness.

The time is now. The convergence of time is upon us and the sound of heaven and earth is aligned to give Him all the glory He deserves.

An Invitation Into The Deep

by Kathi Pelton

“Deep calls to deep in the roar of your waterfalls; all your waves and breakers have swept over me.” Psalm‬ ‭42:7‬ ‭

The sons and daughters of God have been invited to be taken into the deep places that will cleanse and purify our hearts. It is a deep purging of everything that has kept us from His perfect love, His truth and His ways. It is a baptism with cleansing water and a fire that refines. A way is being made into the deep places of God’s heart but the way requires that light must expose all darkness and fire falls upon the human heart.

These deep waters are answering the prayers that have come before the Lord that have cried out the words of David from Psalm 51:10-12

“Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. Do not cast me from your presence or take your Holy Spirit from me. Restore to me the joy of your salvation and grant me a willing spirit, to sustain me.”

We are in a Psalm 51 kairos moment in time where the deep longing to be holy as He is holy is resting upon us. The longing of God and the longing of His remnant have converged with a kiss of oneness. There is a convergence with the deep groaning (intercession) of Jesus, the groaning of creation and the groaning of mankind to be reconciled to His original intent and His perfect love.

This is why there is a roar coming from the Lion of Judah that releases the sound of restoration. This roar is bringing us into the depths of perfect love that cleanses us (His bride) and is releasing the fire that purifies. We long to be a bride without spot or wrinkle and suddenly we are more aware than ever of our spots and wrinkles. In the grip of this awareness and awakening, repentance becomes such a beautiful gift. Repentance draws us deeper and take us higher; it breaks down the barriers that keep us bound to the shame of sin and stains.

Come now, let’s settle this,” says the LORD. “Though your sins are like scarlet, I will make them as white as snow. Though they are red like crimson, I will make them as white as wool. Isaiah 1:18

There are moments that “the deep” feels as if it might swallow us up or drown us but it is actually taking us higher. It is making a way for the motives of the heart to be made pure so that we can walk in oneness with Christ and oneness (unity) with the body.

He is calling out your name and inviting you into the deep places. It is an invitation into the depth, heights and widths of His perfect (agape) love. His perfect love brings water that cleanses and fire that purifies; making us whiter than snow.

Say yes to His call to come deeper!
