During our Easter Sunday worship service, a stanza from one of the songs released healing and hope throughout the room. The words were,
“Shout it out and lift up one voice in worship
Sing it out until all the earth can hear it
Jesus is alive and He saves, He rescues and saves” (From “You Have Won Me” Bethel Music)
Each time we sang out the words, “He rescues and saves” I could feel a rush of love and healing flow. It would wash over us and bring resurrection life.
He wants you to know that He rescues and saves! He heals and delivers. He loves with a love that will never fail and never end. I release upon you the rush of healing love that we experienced yesterday as we sung out these words. He is alive and He rescues and saves.
Sound carries beyond the time and space where it was first released so we know that the sound released in our service yesterday has gone forth and continues to heal. Love has a sound and all of its qualities and characteristics go forth without end whenever it is released. This is a time to let the sound of our Bridegroom go forth loud and clear. Let’s fill the air with the words, “Jesus is alive and He rescues and saves.”
Sing it over your life, your family and your city! There is no sweeter sound!
