Oceans in the Desert

The Lord watches over every detail of your life. He is mindful of every desire, every need, every anxious thought and every sacrifice you’ve made to see Him glorified. Nothing escapes His view and nothing is missed that pertains to you. He delights in being intimately involved with every detail of your life and He is purposeful in directing each of your steps according to His loving kindness.

“The Lord directs the steps of the godly. He delights in every detail of their life.” Psalm 37:23

Though He desires you to share all that is on your heart and mind with Him in prayer; it is not because He is unaware. He knows your thoughts before you think them and your needs before you ask. He merely loves to spend time with you and He created you for “oneness with Him”; a life that is journeyed together.

Rest today in the amazing awareness that He is intimately aware of you! He is aware of every detail and He is already ahead of you preparing all that you need.

“The Lord watches over you—the Lord is your shade at your right hand; the sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night.

The Lord will keep you from all harm—he will watch over your life; the Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.”

Psalm 121:5-8
