In the latter months of 2017 the Spirit began speaking to me about a revelation and awareness that would come upon the body of Christ regarding corporate authority and His original design regarding family. I knew that we would see a great alignment happen as His sons and daughters joined together in unity and as one family.
We saw a picture of the beauty and authority of Unity in December and early January when two-year-old Jaxson Taylor (son of the CEO of Bethel Music & Media) was sickened by E. coli. The family of God around the world linked prayers and arms around that family to see their son live. It was one of the most amazing sights to see. It was a picture of what happens when His family joins together, leaving behind theological differences, and becomes united together because we all share the same blood…the blood of Jesus.
This will be happening in the lives of those who have long desired family. God will move people and shift circumstances to bring you into a place where you can be a treasured part of a family. This has always been the desire of God but we have entered into a kairos time where we will see it happen over and over.
If you are one of those longing to be placed within a family, then you merely need to surrender any resistance to change or circumstances that would try to convince you that you must stay in your place of loneliness. Ask Him to place you within true family and then yield to His movements. He will open doors and close doors.
“Write this letter to the angel of the church in Philadelphia. This is the message from the one who is holy and true, the one who has the key of David. What he opens, no one can close; and what he closes, no one can open:” Revelation 3:7
The grace for being alone or being a “Lone Ranger” is over. We are one body, and an arm cannot function apart from the whole body. If it is cut off it dies and ceases to function. We are one family with one Father, one Savior and one Spirit. The army called “God’s Family” is rising up and as we come into the unity and oneness that Jesus prayed for in John 17, we also come into the fullness of the Spirit being released and into the authority of the whole family. What we witnessed in Jaxson Taylor’s life will become the norm.
“I pray that they will all be one, just as you and I are one—as you are in me, Father, and I am in you. And may they be in us so that the world will believe you sent me. “I have given them the glory you gave me, so they may be one as we are one. I am in them and you are in me. May they experience such perfect unity that the world will know that you sent me and that you love them as much as you love me.” John 17:21-23
There are far too many casualties that have occurred due to people being outside of God’s design for family. This was not always by their choice, but no matter the reason, God is now opening doors for the lonely to be placed in family. Family provides comfort, protection, provision, strength, counsel, joy, and love.
“God places the lonely in families; he sets the prisoners free and gives them joy…” Psalm 68:6a
The Lord showed me a vision of a beautiful family home with the front door wide open, a welcome mat and a family waiting to embrace those who have been separated or felt separated. Those who entered experienced deep healing and were nurtured, nourished, and loved deeply. They were surrounded by strength and unconditional love.
Now is the time for the lonely to come into family. As the lost come in they will need a family, so we must lay aside all that hinders the joining of family and go through the open doors of home.
Welcome home!
