TRUSTING GOD… by Kathi Pelton

Did you know that trusting God in all things is not merely believing that things will turn out the way you want them to?

Trusting God is saying that no matter the outcome— I choose to trust him!

I will trust him with my victories, my disappointments, my fears, my desires, my pain and even my heartbreak.

He is near to the brokenhearted but for reasons that we may never understand on this side of heaven— heartbreak still happens to those who trust him.

Still…I will trust him when I don’t have answers to the “why” questions.

Those times of pain do NOT change his goodness, his kindness or his faithfulness— because his salvation and love (and our eternal victory) can not be lost or stolen from his children.

Next time you say, “I trust you, Lord.”, remember that you are trusting in him no matter where the journey takes you or what you have to walk through.

HE IS WITH YOU ALWAYS!
