The Spirit of the Lord took me into a vision where I saw people in dark, enclosed tombs. It was as if they had died but I knew that these were people who were actually still living. A spiritual death had come upon them and they were trapped in a dark tomb with a large stone keeping them captive. They could not awaken from this death or perceive any light.
Then suddenly I heard a rumble and saw a quaking as angels rolled away the stones of these tombs. Light poured in and these individuals were suddenly awakened and came to their senses. The spiritual death came off of them and they arose and left the tomb that the enemy had trapped them in.
As they emerged from these tombs of spiritual death a huge family was waiting for them. They were embraced and celebrated with great joy. Just as in the story of the prodigal son, a robe was placed upon these resurrected ones. A ring of family identity was placed on them, their feet were washed and new sandals were placed upon their feet. They were fully restored to God and family.
If you have friends or family that have been in a “spiritual death” and not been able to see the light or awakened to the truth of the love of God then take hope! I believe that salvations kiss is about to awaken those who have been entombed by deception and death. A resurrection is coming and the stone that has kept them in darkness will be rolled away.
Your prayers have been heard and a great resurrection day is coming to these ones who have been held captive. Let the rejoicing begin. Watch with great expectation because stones are about to roll away! The prodigals are coming home and great joy will fill homes and the heart of families.
