Oh the Depths of God!

By Kathi Pelton

“…these things God has revealed to us through the Spirit. For the Spirit searches everything, even the depths of God.” 1 Corinthians 2:10

For many days I have been hearing a groaning in my spirit that cries out to His Spirit, “Oh, reveal the depths of God to me!”

In response I feel a swell of the Holy Spirit releasing revelation and encounters into the depths of God. It feels like we are being ushered from the “outer courts” of His heart into the “inner courts.” I believe that many are about to encounter and receive revelation of the depths, heights and width of His love— which contains deep compassion, waves of healing, freedom, wisdom from above and an ability to surrender that lifts us to places in the spirit that we never even dreamed of going to on this side of heaven.

The Spirit of God has searched the depths of the Father and Son— and now He lives within us with that revelation that we can experience. There is a birthing that is taking many from living according to the soul, with occasional spiritual experiences, to living out of their spirit (where His Spirit dwells in us). Our souls will align to the depths of His Spirit which will cause everything to change.

I just keep hearing our beautiful Holy Spirit say, “Come in, come into the depths! Let me submerge you in the depths of the unlimited love of God.”

This is a fresh baptism in the depths of the love of God! It has resurrection power in it and on it. Every dead place will come to life as you yield to this submersion. We were never meant to live in a divided state of being— split identities of sons and orphans that leave us longing for sonship but still eating from the crumbs under the Father’s table when we’ve been invited to come as sons and daughters to eat of the best of His bounty.

We say, “Yes, Spirit of God. Baptize us anew and afresh in the depths of the love of God! We yield to the submersion of our lives into the inner courts of the heart of God. Do what only You can do and resurrect us into sons and daughters that no longer live as orphans.”

WE YIELD…submerge us!

Your “Lazarus” Moment is Coming

Kathi Pelton

The Spirit of the Lord showed me many people who were feeling dead inside or as if they’d been wrapped in grave clothes and put into a tomb. They cried out to Jesus but He didn’t come though or show up on time. As I saw these people I was suddenly taken into the story of Lazarus and his sisters, Mary and Martha. They had sent word to Jesus that their brother was sick and yet He did not hurry to come. Lazarus then died, was wrapped in grave clothes and put in the tomb where his body laid for four days before Jesus arrived. When Mary saw Him she fell at His feet and said,

“Lord, if you had been here, my brother would not have died.” John 11:32

I hear the same words in my spirit coming from people who have experienced the enemy and thief that came to kill, steal and destroy them.

“Lord, if you had been here…”

Jesus wept with Martha and Mary because of his deep love and compassion for their pain. He loved His friend, Lazarus but He knew all along what He was to do and when He was to do it.

Jesus, once more deeply moved, came to the tomb. It was a cave with a stone laid across the entrance. “Take away the stone,” he said.

“But, Lord,” said Martha, the sister of the dead man, “by this time there is a bad odor, for he has been there four days.”

Then Jesus said, “Did I not tell you that if you believe, you will see the glory of God?”

So they took away the stone. Then Jesus looked up and said, “Father, I thank you that you have heard me. I knew that you always hear me, but I said this for the benefit of the people standing here, that they may believe that you sent me.”

When he had said this, Jesus called in a loud voice, “Lazarus, come out!” The dead man came out, his hands and feet wrapped with strips of linen, and a cloth around his face.

Jesus said to them, “Take off the grave clothes and let him go.” John 11:38-44

Your story is not over! Though it seems that Jesus has delayed in coming when you prayed; what He will do for you will cause you to see the glory of God. He will raise you up and demand that the grave clothes are taken off of you. He will do for you what you cannot do for yourself and His glory will be seen.

Your resurrection is coming and the Resurrected King is right on time.

“Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand.” Isaiah 41:10

He will stretch out His hand of victory and be the help that you have cried out for. Do not be afraid because what you see is not the end of your story. Your Lazarus moment is coming!

Entering Into Your True Identity

Kathi Pelton

When Jesus went to the cross, taking all guilt, sin, and shame upon Himself, He also took the counterfeit identity that sin brought upon mankind. He took the identity of a criminal, a fraud, and a blasphemer; and that identity was nailed to the cross with Him so that we could come into His true identity of “sonship.”

He is the first Son and through Him we are brought into true sonship that draws us into the oneness that the Father, Son, and Spirit share. We no longer live under the counterfeit identity that sin placed upon us that calls us slaves. A spirit of adoption was freely given to us through what Jesus did on the cross.

We are no longer beggars, orphans, or slaves; but true sons and daughters. Just as the blood of the lamb upon the doorposts of the Israelites identified them as God’s people (causing the angel of death to pass them by), so the Blood of the Lamb upon your life identifies you as a true son or daughter.

It is time to live in your true identity. Jesus Himself paid for it! Hebrews 12:24 says,

“…the blood of Jesus speaks a better word…”

It speaks the word of sonship, adoption, betrothal, and acceptance. You are chosen and wanted. You are deeply desired and longed for. YOU ARE HIS!

As we remember the precious blood that was shed for our redemption, may we honor what He did by receiving all that He obtained for us. Leave the shackles of captivity and celebrate the “better word.”

Resurrection is available for all who come and receive the blood that sets men free. As we celebrate Easter, allow every place of the old man and old identity to die so that your true identity can be resurrected.

Stones Are Being Rolled Away

Kathi Pelton

The Spirit of the Lord took me into a vision where I saw people in dark, enclosed tombs. It was as if they had died but I knew that these were people who were actually still living. A spiritual death had come upon them and they were trapped in a dark tomb with a large stone keeping them captive. They could not awaken from this death or perceive any light.

Then suddenly I heard a rumble and saw a quaking as angels rolled away the stones of these tombs. Light poured in and these individuals were suddenly awakened and came to their senses. The spiritual death came off of them and they arose and left the tomb that the enemy had trapped them in.

As they emerged from these tombs of spiritual death a huge family was waiting for them. They were embraced and celebrated with great joy. Just as in the story of the prodigal son, a robe was placed upon these resurrected ones. A ring of family identity was placed on them, their feet were washed and new sandals were placed upon their feet. They were fully restored to God and family.

If you have friends or family that have been in a “spiritual death” and not been able to see the light or awakened to the truth of the love of God then take hope! I believe that salvations kiss is about to awaken those who have been entombed by deception and death. A resurrection is coming and the stone that has kept them in darkness will be rolled away.

Your prayers have been heard and a great resurrection day is coming to these ones who have been held captive. Let the rejoicing begin. Watch with great expectation because stones are about to roll away! The prodigals are coming home and great joy will fill homes and the heart of families.
