Oceans in the Desert

I am re-sharing this word that I released yesterday; this time I want you emphasize that this “resistance and opposition” is not merely personal but national and global. The enemy is actively opposing the Kingdom of God and the citizens of His kingdom. He is opposing our Christian rights, values, morals and the generation that is being born. What happens in the United States will not only affect our nation but will affect the nations of the world. It is time to strike the ground in prayer, in righteous decrees, in truth and in “holding our ground” (and taking new ground!).

Don’t let your personal opposition dictate your involvement in what is corporate. What is happening in our nation as we approach mid-term elections will most definitely affect you personally (for good or for evil) as well as affect the whole. The enemy has sent distractions through lies, lack and lethargy to keep you from striking the ground in faith and boldness.

Together we can break through! Together we can strike the ground and resist the devil. Together we can see our nation, our president and our rights protected which will secure us corporately and personally. Strike the ground!

Breaking Through the Strongholds of Opposition and Resistance

There has been an increase of opposition and resistance against God’s people and against the Kingdom advancing. The enemy has sent his demonic troops out to fortify his stronghold against what God is doing with and through His people. Yet, in the midst of the resistance His sons and daughters have not backed up but instead they have been striking the ground in front of them over and over again.

This morning I saw a vision of these “strikes” happening even now. As the Church is declaring His goodness, His faithfulness and is releasing their praise, the ground is being struck. I saw strikes as His people are standing in faith in the midst of impossibilities and great opposition. I saw strikes as His people are aligning their lives with victory and His standards of righteousness. I saw strikes as people are giving sacrificially out of what currently are “limited resources” and great need. Lastly, I saw strikes as the army of God is standing their ground.

With each strike to the ground I saw the demonic stronghold shaken. As these strikes occurred it jostled the resistance army; wearing out the oppositional forces. These strikes are releasing deafening sounds of thunder and blinding bolts of lightening; the power of the Almighty! As these strikes increase the fortification of this opposition is beginning to crumble and fall.

Do not stop striking the ground! It is time to war with extravagant worship, clapping and stomping, righteous declarations, sacrificial giving and standing your ground like never before. Your strikes are working and you are breaking through the enemy’s stronghold!

Though it seems that the accuser’s voice is louder than ever, it is merely because he is screaming in terror at the army that is emerging against Him. This army is clothed in Christ, releasing the bolts of power that come from His throne. This army is coming into alignment, shoulder to shoulder, carrying His glory. They are breaking through the lies, the lack and the lethargy that have for so long resisted advancement.

Strike the ground. Arise and see how the enemy is falling. A beachhead is being formed and you will occupy what the enemy once held captive. Strike, strike, strike! Now is the time!
