Oceans in the Desert

This morning I was heard the Spirit of the Lord speak the words, “I am now releasing all the bells and whistles.”

As I was taking note of this I heard “in the natural” what sounded like a train whistle three times (there are no train tracks near our home)! On the third one my husband said to me, “What is that sound?” When I told him what I was writing and that the noise was coming from outside he said, “I thought it was coming from your phone!” It was my phone that I was writing on.

Immediately I was taken to three scriptures to confirm the sound we were hearing:

Zechariah 10:8:

“I will whistle for them to gather them together, For I have redeemed them; And they will be as numerous as they were before.

Isaiah 5:26:

He will also lift up a standard to the distant nation, And will whistle for it from the ends of the earth; And behold, it will come with speed swiftly.

Zechariah 14:20:

In that day there will be inscribed on the bells of the horses, “HOLY TO THE LORD ” And the cooking pots in the LORD’S house will be like the bowls before the altar.

For months now I have been taken back to 1989 when Bob Jones and Paul Cain prayed over my husband and I the words, “Holiness unto the Lord.” We began praying that over our children from the moment of their birth onward. The words that were spoken and prayed over us (along with many others) thirty years ago have been ringing in my ears and my spirit again and again like an alarm saying, “NOW IS THE TIME!”

It is like the arrival of a train that signals, “All aboard!” or a bell that is attached to horses signaling their arrival. In 2014 I began hearing a train whistle in my spirit. Each time that I’d talk about it to someone, suddenly a train whistle would go off in the natural (even if I didn’t know that a train track was nearby). At that time I knew that this particular whistle was signaling something spiritual that was approaching for the USA. I knew it was time to get ready and be prepared to board this “glory train.” Now, five years later I am hearing the sound once again. This time, it is coming with “all the bells and whistles!”

I find it interesting that while I’m hearing these words about bells and whistles that my family has been having unusual car problems. Both of our cars have had issues that stopped them from running. The term “bells and whistles” are often used in describing newer cars. We will say, “It is equipped with all the bells and whistles,” meaning that it is an upgrade with all the things that make travel easier and more comfortable. I found myself calling in a newer car with all the bells and whistles as these problems occurred. Cars (vehicles) represent families and ministries and I believe that the Lord is sending forth an upgrade to many ministries that have nurtured “family” so that they can go forward with greater ease and comfort; almost like going from an old “clunker” to a prestigious top-of-the-line new vehicle.

I recently had a dream where an old, dilapidated SUV was in my driveway and a new Lincoln Crossover was delivered to me and parked next to it. i believe that this spoke of it now being a time to crossover into a time of emancipation (Lincoln representing a spirit of emancipation)! This is a time of liberation and freedom from that which has held us back.

The war horses are coming with bells inscribed with the words, “HOLINESS TO THE LORD.” Those who have been prepared to run with the horses are being released (emancipated) from the fenced places to run fast and free. They will run with the fear of the Lord as their standard and they will whistle to the nations to come! Bells of revival will ring in the land and nations will come to witness all that the Lord will do. Signs and wonders will be like the bells and whistles that sound throughout the nations. These will not be contained within church walls but will spill out into the streets; into the byways and highways to both the least and the greatest! All will see that the LORD is God. Like the bowls before the altar that are filled by the prayers of the saints, the overflow is now upon us!

Do you hear the bells and whistles? The sound of a great move of God is arriving. Do not miss this time but be prepared to run!
