Oceans in the Desert

First, I want to tell all of my readers and followers who rose up and gave financially to help fund this trip…THANK YOU! All that has happened and that has begun is counted as your reward as well. We are declaring abundant multiplication upon you and your household.

We are still in Boston and will fly back to the West Coast Thursday afternoon. The trip has been one that has been marked by heart connections. From the divine appointment that healed a mother’s heart on the plane to the touching the heart of our nation.

Though I cannot yet share all of the details from our time (because they are still unfolding), I want you to know that God is gathering His family throughout the nations and yes, even in our beautiful nation. We are seeing the unfolding of Jesus’ prayer in John 17:21,

“…that they may all be one, just as you, Father, are in me, and I in you, that they may also be in us, so that the world may believe that you have sent me.”

This week I saw many strong leaders and ministries come to understand that we are not separated by giftings or callings but that as we come together as one, we form the fullness of His heart and His body.

There is a great humility coming upon those who will lay down their crowns (their personal ministries, their titles, their rights and their names) for the sake of being one. We are one family and one body made up of different parts but as we are rightly joined we function as we were created to be…as one bride.

Every time we sat down with an individual or a group or leaders of a ministry we found that we share the same heart. We realized in a greater measure that what we are carrying may all be the same and as the puzzle pieces of our hearts and lives are joined we reveal Jesus and we become a light that the world will be drawn to.

As the details become more defined I will share more. What I did want to share is that God began a convergence of hearts. Many ministries as well as fathers, mothers, sons and daughters now are connecting as one family. We joined in the place where our nation’s foundations began and witnessed new foundations of God’s original intent for His people…oneness with Him and one another.

Continue to pray that as we walk upon the historic foundations of our land today. Pray that we will release the love of God and the unity of the Spirit into the atmosphere and into the people that we meet.
