Oceans in the Desert

Over the past few weeks I have begun to hear the sound of the heartbeat of God during times of worship. Each time this happens the beat (rhythm) awakens the atmosphere with life, healing, light, love and breakthrough.

Then the Lord began to show me another aspect of the sound of His heartbeat. Twice now, when I have heard the sound, I was taken up to see what it is doing to the darkness and strongholds over lives and regions. When the sound of His heartbeat comes into a room and it is recognized and partnered with it becomes the force of a battering ram against strongholds of darkness. It is the sound of breakthrough!

When two hearts are joined as one there is something that happens– oneness, unity, alignment, agreement and strength. When the pulse of God’s love is joined with the longing of His bride it changes atmospheres, transforms lives and breaks through demonic strongholds and assignments. The joining of His heart and our hearts breaks down walls of division!

During some recent gatherings the worship leaders began to sing prophetically the words, “Do you hear what I hear? Do you see what I see?” As they sang these words the sound of His heartbeat was heard in the room and dividing walls broke down, ushering in a oneness with God and one another. As we heard the sound of His heartbeat we also saw the sound pounding the forces of darkness like a battering ram to knock down the strongholds that opposed God and His people.

Ask the Lord to open your eyes to see and your ears to hear the beat of His heart. Then join your heart to His and watch what happens! Watch as oneness of hearts break the divisions and watch the sound breakthrough the resistance! First love will be awaken, great joy will fill your heart and families will be restored.

Do you hear what I hear? It’s the sound of the Bridegroom and His bride becoming one heart…the sound of His sons and daughters becoming one family!
