Dear Friends and Followers,
As many of you know, our youngest daughter, Amy and her husband, Luke, spent over twelve years trying to start a family. A year ago they were blessed with a beautiful baby girl to adopt. Charli Faith turns one on July 15th.

It has been on Luke and Amy’s heart to give Charli a sibling to grow up with but they could not see a way forward to do that due to the high cost of adoption and Amy’s infertility issues. But they have been praying for a way and now it has come.
FIRST THE EXCITING NEWS…
This past Monday Amy received a phone call from a couple that is currently pregnant with a baby boy that they received through adopting a frozen embryo that was not going to be used by the couple that it belonged to. Actually, they adopted six of their embryos! But they will not be using all of them either.
As this couple prayed about the other embryos they had the Lord speak to them about Luke and Amy; asking them to give them two of the frozen embryos.
The ownership of these embryos were transferred into Luke and Amy’s names yesterday— on Luke’s 35th birthday (July 1st).
NOW FOR THE PRAYER REQUEST…
The hard part now begins—
Amy will have to go through many physical tests to assure that her uterus is healthy enough to carry a baby. They have a consultation appointment with the embryo transfer doctors in Los Angeles this next week. Then Amy has her first medical appointment in mid-July. Finally she will receive injections and medications that will prepare her uterus to receive the transfer of the embryo into her body.
The cost of the entire procedure will come to approximately $10,000 (which is much less than adoption). There is a close to 70% success rate for embryo transfers— but with God we are believing for 100%!
Our prayer request is first over Luke and Amy’s hearts and minds as they once again reach in faith to have another baby— this time one that Amy will give birth to. Second, that God would cause the physical preparation and transfer to go well and for it to not disrupt Amy’s health or emotions in any negative ways. And that they would be a part of the 70% success story. Lastly, they need miraculous financial provision. All of their savings went to Charli’s adoption so they need to see financial provision for the journey ahead— which begins this month.
The embryos are both boys that are half Caucasian and half Korean. Amy has dreamed of adopting a baby of Asian decent since she was a little girl.
Thank you for journeying with us on another faith-filled adventure. They need your prayers and encouragement as they hope, dream and walk through this.
