As I was waiting on the Lord I saw what I can only describe as God “flipping the script” in people’s lives. I saw patterns of pain, warfare, grief and disappointments being changed into comfort, joy, peace, hope and breakthrough. He was reversing or changing the narrative from negative to positive over many lives.
Then I saw the numbers of my birthday (6/13) but I knew it wasn’t in reference to my birthday but to a scripture that the Lord was leading me to. I heard the verse reference Isaiah 61:3 so I turned there; as I did I understood that he was confirming his words with his Word.
“To all who mourn in Israel, he will give a crown of beauty for ashes, a joyous blessing instead of mourning, festive praise instead of despair. In their righteousness, they will be like great oaks that the Lord has planted for his own glory.” Isaiah 61:3
I believe that we are about to see an unprecedented increase of breakthroughs that “flip the script” in the lives of those who have faced ongoing opposition and warfare that has created a negative narrative about their life. This will bring beauty, joy and FESTIVE praise to their lives.
I hear the words, “What has held you back will now launch you forward!”
Some of the very things that have held you back— harnessed your soul with grief— will now become a testimony of God’s miraculous power that accelerates you forward. I saw joy and laughter come in place of sadness and tears.
Declare this with me,
“The Lord is giving me my Isaiah 61:3 breakthrough! He is crowning my life with beauty in place of ashes. He is replacing my time of mourning with joyous blessings. The Lord is removing despair from me and replacing it with celebratory praise! God is now flipping the script from wearing a spirit of heaviness to being clothed in a garment of praise!”
